- Unopened and in original sealed packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them

3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the withdrawal right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery.

- Products that have been partially consumed
- Products not in their original packaging

6. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
